Amnesia: The Dark Descent

Read the title. Good. That's what this post is about, okay? Good. So, I was on YouTube, as usual. So, I decided to look up game-play for Amnesia, a horror/scary/survival/scary/scary/horror game. It's a first person survival game, so yeah, for Windows, Mac, and Linux. I had this on my computer once, except now the computer got wiped out and there's no RAM or a graphics card or something. Point is, it's gone.

So, why this game? Because I said so and it's epic. Look it up on YouTube, you'll understand. In the game, you basically look around for stuff, the graphics are great, I promise. BUT whoever created the game must have been one messed up individual. Or just ingenious and whatever. I totally recommend the game. Not to the weak at heart though, because it'll definitely freak you out. But anyway, as I was saying, in the game you find tinderboxes and whatnot as you travel from room to room, depending on where you are in the game. There are freaky, mutilated/mutated zombie things that will chase you though. It's amusing though that your "health" is really your "sanity." So, if you stay in the dark too much without your lamp or light, your sanity starts to fade.

Well, that's enough pretty pictures, right? Well, the game has got to be the scariest thing EVER created. It's truly a f**ked up experience. I recommend playing it with the lights out and the volume up.

I typically only play flash games like Exmortis 2, and asylum escape games, you know, stuff like that. But nothing compares to Amnesia: The Dark Descent. Nothing. Anyway, that's all I really had to say? Yep.

It's Awesome 'Cause I Said So

So, I like this website and it's really awesome. People sell stuff on it, random stuff. It's really cool and really weird in many aspects. So, I think it's like a dream come true for me, heheh. I wish I was rich so I could buy the great stuff on the site, like zombie-repellant soap, and hearts in jars.

Awesome Item #1. Anatomical Heart in a Jar!

C'mon! Who wouldn't want to have an anatomically correct heart in a jar?? It's awesome. Perfect for creeping people out and having in your room, or in your purse/backpack/European shoulder bag/whatever. I would love to have this. It's ingenious! I love creative, innovative stuff like this that totally expresses just how unique/weird I am.

Awesome Item #2: Glow in the Dark Bowls/Jars!

I confess. The sparkly awesomeness made me put that down. But heck, none of these items are in any particular order, so who cares! It's awesome. Imagine everything in your kitchen glow in the dark. Cool, huh? Don't deny the awesomeness.

Awesome Item #3: "My Stache" Money Jar!

This is pretty cool and very amusing. Just because I said so, and because I have scientific evidence that it is. You have to admit, it's funny and awesome and cool and awesome and cool and yeah. And yeah, all the items so far have been in the form of jars but that's not all the site has. I promise!

Awesome Item #4: Funny Anniversary Card!

 

This feels like an "lol what?" moment. But you have to admit, this card is definitely unique and hilarious. I love a good sense of humor. Awesome. I would totally be the one to give a card like that.

Awesome Item #5: Funny Sign!

 

 Yeah, yeah, I know. There is a typo, but it's still a cool sign. Imagine it in your school, or in a really serious business setting. 

Awesome Item #6: GlowPixel!

Sure, it's a bit geeky, but that just makes it cooler. I'm not sure what it's purpose is, other than sitting on a desk and looking awesome, but heck, that's enough! GlowPixels all the way!

Awesome Item #7: Crown of Skull Pendant!

My mom would boil me alive and skin me if I have this pendant. Apparently, skulls would make me a devil worshiper. I just think it's pretty cool, considering that a lot of the stuff on sale around are mass-produced, unoriginal, and boring. Even the food is practically fake. Artificial flavoring... coloring....

Awesome Item #8: Bottle Cap Magnet!

Another "lol what?" moment. Ahh, this bottle cap magnet should be made into a pin or something. I'd wear it. Even if I don't tinkle sprinkles. Not that I would tell you if I did. Haha. These items

Team Lauren/Bo!

Aw, I'm sorry, but I have to be an annoying fan girl today. I think I merely post things for my own amusement anyway. Eh well.

I was watching TV. I was watching Lost Girl online, because I'm too lazy to actually go to our real television since I have this thing called a laptop, you know? And. I. Got. Obsessed. Well, at least it was with something better the Twilight (sorry, Twilight fans, but your movies could have been much better). I'm totally for team Lauren/Bo. They obviously have some chemistry going, if you know what I mean. Actually I have a fan girl crush on Lauren, I mean, uhm. I like the show. I'm in it for the science.

Just go watch it. =.=' Stop contemplating my thoughts.

BUT it's also an awesome show because it's supernatural. And supernatural is awesome. Yep. And it's not traditional. Which is awesome too. And there's a naked succubus in Ep. 1.

Lauren is just so adorable since she's all shy and geeky while Bo is all flirty.

Lauren: You know, as your doctor, I should recommend against excessive intoxication.

Bo: Who's drunk?

Lauren: Well, we don't know the effect of cocktails on your... abilities.

Bo: Well, I'm not a guy so I can promise you booze does not effect my ability to perform.

Lauren: *looks away shyly and laughs*

Ohkay, ohkay. That's enough obsessing over the smexy doctor Lauren and badass succubus Bo. xD

 

Weird On Steroids

I love people, weird people in particular. Uniqueness is awesome. Just don't get too confident with it. And if you do, well, you have my endless admiration.

My 1st example: Lady Gaga (You guessed it, didn't you?)

 

Love it or hate it, it takes a lot of guts/balls or "cubes" as I like to say for no apparent or good reason, to wear anything similar to her bubble dress.

There may be a chance that a guy on a dare might run naked by your house, if you live somewhere where that could happen, but how many would do it on national television? Chances are you'd need a few drinks and some weed just to get that to happen.



Lady Gaga isn't naked though, so it's not that bad, right? Nonetheless, it's courage that ought to be admired. Not everybody has that. Some people don't even have a voice half as decent. Or even less than half as half as decent as that, like me.
